About
A loom, not a cloud.
Every fleet tool wants to be the landlord of your machines. KeyWeaver wants to hand you the shuttle: your keys, your wiring, your pattern, woven on hardware you already own.
Keys before accounts
An identity is a keypair generated on your machine, not a row in a vendor's database. There is no sign-up because there is nothing to sign up for.
Delegation is a signature
Letting someone in is a deliberate act: you sign a capability with a scope and an expiry, and hand it over. No settings panel, no invitation email, no admin console.
Verification stays home
A node decides who enters with only its own public-key material; offline, stateless, no phone-home. The network keeps working when the internet does not.
The pattern holds
Machines wired together still need their services run. kpm applies one TOML file and keeps it true: restart policies, health checks, groups, and a ledger of logs.

The loom is being strung thread by thread. If you want a place at it early, say so.
